Been travel by train through Upper Austria and have noticed a high amount of these red tunnels/tents. Remind me of dog train parks but but those look different.

the fireman train who can build the tent the fastest
sadly after their victory they have some beers and are not capable to remove it anymore
so this tents are stuck there for weeks till the next training
