Lifetime anonymity will last right up until his first day in jail.
I have no issue with child sexual predators committing suicide.
These anonymity orders shouldn’t be allowed – you do the crime, you pay the price.
The local community has the right to know who these dangerous individuals are, the prison sentence isn’t going to make the (where ever he ends up) community safe once he gets out.
Besides, this is Northern Ireland, the locals will know who he is and his fellow inmates will know what he is.
Seems to me suicide would be the preferred outcome for such people.
This seems like a pretty huge loophole these bastards will exploit
