How relevant is it especially for a foreigner:) ? Can I ask the representatives advise stopping increasing Health Insurance fee?
At the moment based on the public information, I know that we could vote for some speakers and it takes place every 6 years and it has been held for 70 years. Is it a big thing? Compared to other elective events.
