I don’t know your reasons for wanting to know that so I’m not going to tell you, and neither should anyone else. This looks like it cropped from a photo or a video or something. Someone is trying to figure out where someone is located, and my guess it that that’s none of OP’s business or we might potentially get someone in danger by revealing where this is.
Edit: To you people that actually give away the city. You guys are dumb as bricks. I can’t stress this enough, but you are potentially giving away the location to someone living on a secret address to a stalker or abusive ex. This picture is cropped from perhaps a social media post or something, and you guys are making it 100 times more easy to figure out the building where this photo is taken is located what the fuck is wrong with you? I hope you don’t get someone’s life on your conscience…
Had this been a touristy picture of a fjord it would be fine to tell where it is, but this picture is suspicious as hell…
