i’ve never heard of HHC, but to have a health ministry that bothers people using a plant syrup/oil is fucking mental.

They were selling THC all this time?
They changed the chemical structure from THC (illegal) to HHC (somehow not illegal). I don’t know for how long they will keep this going but Cypriot laws regarding cannabis matters are ridiculous.
The law has changed, HHC is illegal now and even though in the EU cbd is fully legal as a novel food product, the pharmaceutical services have announced that cbd is a pharmaceutical product and should only be sold by pharmacies. That does not stand as the law in fact allows any store to sell it, but it is enough for the courts to give warrants to YKAN to raid the shops, which fortunately does not lead to anything as the shops are not breaking the law.
