I tried to buy the D-Ticket on the DB Navigator App two times, but I got error messages than I received 4 emails: 2 for each time I tried. One saying:

Thank you for your travel ticket order.
A problem has occurred while processing your subscription.
You will receive an e-mail with further information shortly. If you do not receive an e-mail within the next 3 hours, please contact the responsible subscription centre. The contact details can be found at www.bahn.de/abokontakt. Our service staff can view the status of your booking and assist in resolving the issue.

And the other:

Ihr Auftrag mit der Bestellnummer \*\*\*\*\* wird von uns bearbeitet. Sie erhalten in Kürze weitere Informationen von uns.

Bei Fragen wenden Sie sich gerne an uns.

I realized afterwards and after reading some posts online that it might be because I used a French bank account for the payment. Did happened to anyone else ? And if yes did the order work after a few days or did it just get cancelled ? I’m planning to contact the Abo-team by email but I’m afraid they’re gonna take too long to answer,
