What they going to do sack the nurses they already don’t have lol
Between this and what’s been said in TV interviews it only makes me feel confirmed in my belief that the NHS itself (ie upper management) is on the side of government not the people it employs.
There’s such a stark refusal to say they’re understaffed and underfunded which is obvious to even Jon’s all seeing guide dog it’s infuriating and shocking all the same.
Well that should certainly calm things down and bring the dispute to an end.

There are other work to rule things nurses could do if they ban strike.
For example if they can’t hit nursing levels on the ward they could in theory shut the ward and refuse patients….the ward never hits safe staffing levels.
These people we were standing in the street clapping a couple of years ago now they are criminals for striking.
