Gross or net income?
If I drive my car less than once per week am I supposed to put “never”?
What counts as a “heavy object”?
I was happy to fill out the survey but I think there’s a flaw in the implementation: after I finished the questions in English I had to click next through the other 3 language sets until I reached the Submit button. Maybe it would make more sense to create 4 separate surveys, or look into some logic that would let people submit their responses immediately.
