Booked Deutschland ticket via bahn.de, but no ticket received yet – can I cancel it? Any others facing similar issues or have solutions?

I tried to load the Deutschland Ticket into my DB Navigator app using the Auftragsnummer, but no dice. Now, I’m supposed to travel on 01.05.2023 and I don’t wanna risk getting busted by a controller for not having a ticket. Checked my abo.bahn.de account and it shows I’ve got a Deutschland ticket subscription though. But No QR coded downloadable ticket available.

So, **I got this below email from them saying there’s some issue and if I don’t hear back from them in three hours**, I gotta hit up DB. But get this – I booked it on a Friday afternoon and it was already after working hours, plus 01.05 is a holiday. ***Now, I’m wondering if I can cancel this abo or if anyone else has been through this mess before?***
