Im canadian, but my wife is finnish. When she gets frustrated she always talks about “butter c*nt” … is this what she means?

  1. For those who don’t speak Finnish, this is a pun. The common phrase “voi vittu” = literally “oh cunt” (used the same as “oh fuck” in English) but can also be translated “butter cunt”.

  2. Don’t know if you are seriously asking or just joking so I answer the question: it’s a wordplay. Voi = butter and vittu = cunt, but “voi vittu” would also roughly translate to english equivalent of “oh fuck”.

  3. In this case it is compound, voivittu. Words meaning one thing are written together, like kolmivaihevaihtovirtakilowattituntimittarinlukijakoulutussuunnitelmakansiovarasto.
