Ultimately, society at large has problems with racism, misogyny, homophobia and transphobia. More similar reports are being done on the fire service, the NHS and other industries. Conclusion? The same.
I’d wager you’d struggle to find a single industry that wouldn’t be concluded to have problems with the above things, as their employees are just regular people.
