And Spain controls most of the water that flows into Portugal so as the problem gets worse in Spain, they’re going to keep blocking more and more water with their dams. It’s been happening these past few years and has originated some conflict.
Quick, get a right-wing government! They’ll blame immigrants, that will fix the problem!
