Brazil usually votes in favour in these resolutions. Under Bolsonaro as well as under Lula. The presidents’ rethoric is more ambivalent though.

this is Armenia saying fuck you to Russia for basically being Russia’s slave for 20 years and Russia didn’t even make a 1% effort to help Armenia while Azerbaijanis were torturing and killing thousands of Armenians in 2020.
