In hindsight – while I am happy we made it – it was not a wise move to expand before re-thinking the decision making method, eliminating veto and coming up with a solution to rogue states. That ship has sailed..

I don’t know why Andorra such a rich country does not join EU, maybe Andorran people enjoy a lot from being tax haven of Spanish wealthy residents.
