Pierogi is already plural, not pierogis.
“Pierogi” is plural. “Pieróg” is singular. It’s the same deal as with spaghetti or ravioli.
props for you for getting the dough right since its the hardest part. note to self tho pierogi is already plural and poles rage when you say pierogis

I just stepped by to wish you smacznego, as for the first time it looks awesome! Its the best if the dough is thinner, and the filling is put generously. Remember to spice it well. My favorite savory pierogi are crispy from the outside with some butter and sour cream on top.
