  1. I suspect their are mountains of dissertation about the precarious nature of National and EU law. Over time I think more of these issue will appear as more people are willing to test them.

    At some point this is going to lead to the big question of federalism. Most federalist seems to have hoped they could do the slow and steady approach but doesn’t look like that can happen.

  3. I’m curious if there is any Constitutional Tribunal which would rule that Constitution is not worth a paper it is written on. It’s their only purpose – to defend the Constitution.
