Looks like the bottom left are coaxial points which Virgin Media use.
I would ask Virgin to activate the service and send a router out. Worse case scenario they will have to send an engineer if it doesn’t work.
Have you first checked with your eircode on their site that they have 1GB setup in your area?
Surely it would be better to ask a neighbour than to ask Reddit?
These are termination points, I imagine somewhere else in the house? These would terminate to another point in the house (check storage cupboards etc.) Where the Virgin Media would terminate too while coming into the house and have their box. You might also get an idea if you follow the cable coming into the house.
Once you know where that is, you can confirm if it is plugged in to the patch panels which will allow it to be used through this.
