hmmm if inflation is 6% why the rents energy and groceries are like 10-25% up. or is this not how inflation works🤔

if Cyprus is ‘only” 6.1% increase, but some things went 100% (double) in price, I don’t want to imagine whats happening in other places than…
I think real inflation numbers are much much higher, they’re just trying to make it look ‘not as bad’
