Another day and another news that makes the Kremlin look evil. No wonder its neighbors are so scared and tense.
The Baltic states joined NATO for good reason, they knew Russia intended to bully, bribe, bomb or otherwise coerce them into being vassal states to Muscovy and they had already lived through that and had no intention of allowing it to happen again.
>mutually beneficial relations to Russia
There was a joke about this in RO: we give them our grain and in return they take our gold. I suspect they mean something similar in this context.
Mutually beneficial relations to cancer, leprosy, the bubonic plague or lupus make more sense than “mutually” “beneficial” relations to Russia.
Shady NGOs should be banned across Europe.
I think they forgot, how most of the countries behind the Iron Curtain have a literal burning hatred of russia… Except hungary, but our government is literally demented traitors… Whatever, I think the baltics should (and will) oppose anything russia tries with vehemence. XD

A good reason to ban Russian cultural presence as long as the Russian state and society exists in its current format.
It’s an undeniable danger to people.
Russian “culture” is just another arm of the Russian state and its propaganda machine. Ban it.
It’s funny how their plans are basically devoid of anything beyond Russification and economic warfare.
They really don’t understand the concept of winning over their critics, which is a common theme in many dictatorships that are accustomed to ruling by terror and repression. It’s pretty obvious by now to any observer that the biggest advantage of Western integration is that it offers prosperity and development. If they adopted the American model based around mutual trade, they could eventually actually achieve all of their goals- including cultural convergence, one unintended consequence of American trade has been the spread of American culture to other nations.
Thanks to that famous Russian inferiority complex, they just can’t help themselves from engaging in chauvinistic behavior that undermines their own objectives.
