Translation (paraphrasing at some parts):

>Due to high regulatory and organizational expenses, we are only looking for employees with German nationality for the time being.
>
>We wish you good luck and success in your future endeavors!

I mean…as a former recruiter myself, I had to go through multiple trainings on how to give proper rejections. Rejections need to be based on skills that the candidates can improve AND unrelated to personality/trait/nationality. If the employer does not want a non-German, they could’ve phrased it like “C1 or higher level German required”. Or say they don’t offer sponsorship visa. Or some other vague corporate language. I haven’t seen such a direct statement for a while 😀
