I’m not a Polish citizen, so I wonder wether it would be possible for me to take advantage if this scheme. Some other expats claimed that there is no such restriction, foreigners can use it too, but I have doubts. I can tick the other checkboxes, never owned real estate before ( in any country ), age under 45, etc…
