Im a firefighter in Bern and find these cute.
Doesnt mess with the functionality.
Its worse who damage/destroy this, which serves for firefighting or poviding drinking water.
If you wonder what the number means:
HS a frost protected Hydrant type
43 the number of the hydrant (must be the one on Spitalgasse)
100 is the main line inner diameter (so lots of capacity)
The T thing indicated how far left/right and down the main line goes through.
0.5m to the left (from the sign)
1.3m down (from the sign)
The 55 on the arms mean you need a hose/adapter of 55mm diameter to connect to the dispensing arms.
