They just did a touchdown in more or less my neighbor’s front yard for about a minute and went on with their flying.
I’m just curious what the purpose of such a maneuver could be.

was the picture taken with a rüebli? But fun aside most likely the helicopter is yellow/blue and since it is a aargau i asume they are the [https://www.air-ambulance.ch/](https://www.air-ambulance.ch/) a competitor from rega.
If they fly at night its either medical emergency or police/army related the chopper you have there is indeed Alpine Air Ambulance. Pickup can be very quick (load and go)!
