Hey everyone, I have a friend who got a job and he received this email from the employer. They offered my friend some shifts but no contract and when my friend mentioned about the contract they replied him with this email.
Has anyone heard about this? Is it normal?

Accurate.
There’s something about this that sets off alarm bells although I can’t put my finger on exactly why.
Why is he mentioning what the lawyer will charge for the contract? But then he doesn’t try to get the money from your friend which a normal scam would do.
Are you at liberty to say what company this is? Some shady back-alley shop that opened last week, or a large well-known company with a reputation to uphold?
Contract first, then work. Also no banking information is necessary . Nor is picture id
Read: “Ansættelsesbevisloven”. There is a lot of wrong counseling in this thread.

What’s their reason for telling you about the accountant charging DKK 1500?
Are they passing it on to you?
The rules regarding the contract is actually right, but it’s always a bit iffy when they wont have the contract signed beforehand
