Note, this is also largely Boris’s fault, he left TFL in something like £10 billion deficit. Obviously the pandemic is the driving factor at the moment, but for this government to cause the problem and then refuse to help fix it is … typical, I guess.
If they simply charged people for standing on the wrong side of the escalators, standing infront of the gates, not wearng masks, and opening window son busses in winter, they would have enough money after twelve months they could rebuild the entire network out of actual money!
