  1. The oldest stone building is in Heerlen, a roman Bathinghouse 63-73 AC. The Proosdij Deventer is the oldest known brick home in the Netherlands.

  3. This funny, I just remembered that I was wondering yesterday when the oldest house in the Netherlands was build. But then when I opened google, I forgot what I got distracted and later forgot. And now I remember the question and got the answer as well. Thank you, stranger!

  4. That’s magnificent. The patchwork, the different stone used during both construction and repairs.

    That’s true character.
