Did Tito actually make any plans as to what should happen to Yugoslavia after his death?

That is the thing with Strongmen, they need to keep the power all to themselves because they are afraid of losing their grip on the country to someone they helped gain power.
As soon as he died, his fiefdom died with him. Also, having taken huge loans from the IMF did not help at all. The country was bankrupt and nationalism was on the rise.
