Reading this, I don’t see what he’s done wrong, some people use humour to cope with stress and this just sounds like that. I’d understand if he was directing the jokes at the patients but that doesn’t seem to be the case
This is what you get when you hire people who don’t want to do the job, who are there out of sheer desperation, lacking any and all skills or qualities for the job, just to drive the cost of staffing down to minimum wage.
