Actually this is the way this tram works the best: high platforms are the key. On the low platform, the stairs occupy almost all the possible space for standing, and there are lot of stairs in this tram. Also you have seats parallel to the wall, which gives you even more standing space then 2+1-row seats in Czech version.
Tram built (overhead wires instead of 3rd rail) like a metro car (high floor and high platforms, metro like seating). Very interesting!
