It’s doctors handwriting my dude, it being illegible is universal. It says something about complaints of stomach ache, possibly appendicitis.

For third day discomfort in stomach, USG – xxxxxx apendicitis. Stomach soft, without pain, peristaltic good, apetite good, Passage xxxxx. In given moment no indications for immediate chirurgic actions. Diet and regime explained…
So seems, the person should be very careful how they feel, in case of pain – call 113 immediately.

The only word I can make out is vēders (stomach) in different conjugations a few times. The rest is just Alzheimer’s.
