Does anyone know if I can open this window in 3 ways?

1. You appear to be showing a pretty standard window. With the handle pointing down, the window is closed; with the handle horizontal, the window is hinged at the side; and with the handle pointing up, the window is hinged at the bottom (so when you pull it open, the bottom edge stays fixed and the top edge comes towards you).

   If you want the window to open hinged at the top, then no, it won’t do that. Aside from anything else, gravity would just instantly slam it shut again.
