Fair feckin play, Benbulben and Errigal are two of the most unique looking edivices on the island, they are visible from miles away and from different directions and exert a Devil’s Tower from Close Emcounter’s like magnetism, I’ve made it up one and hopefully, the other soon
Bloody satisfying once you get to the top though! Very few things feel more rewarding than reaching the apex of a hike.

I heard Andy MacSharry wasn’t too happy with people walking on his land, back in the day. Many’s the tyre was slashed. I believe he used to put up signs which said things like “You are now in range” with a crosshair for illustration purposes.
Wow the top of Ben bulbin often thought about climbing it but life just keeps getting in the way. Even queen maives grave is actually quite huge again only seen photos of it by friends who have climbed it. Nice feat to the up loader 😁
