  1. I too I invoke the power of a non specific supernatural entity to preserve the status of an unelected head of state!

  2. God save the King… and God condemn his nefarious authoritarian government who preemptively arrested peaceful republican protestors.

  3. Such a flabbergasting event.

I actually had to laugh over the names of the bling he got presented/blessed whatever. The scepter of justice and shit… Grown up people do this… Wtf.

  4. Good for him. I still like him way more than certain European politicians. You might think he’s… kind of redundant but at least he knows how to behave in public and cares (or pretends to care pretty well) for his own people. Some politicians are just plain rude and have no class.

  5. What an absurd and obscene ritual when most people in Europe can barely make ends meet. Being showered in gold and jewels while housing and essential needs are beyond reach to a big chunk of your countrymen.

It just feels wrong and pointless.

  6. Bloody hell there’s at lot of bollocks that goes along with it.

Didn’t even give us a day off the tosser!

  7. Not sure on the stats for the Robe of Righteousness and the Bracelet of Sincerity, maybe there’s a combo there.
Sword must have some utility buff, doubt he has the strength to deal any decent DPS.
Sceptre of Justice good for healing – or does it smite?

Could maybe have gone for more of a CHR build?

  8. Great stuff. Eyes of the world on Britain. Middle class guardian readers fuming. Day off on Monday.

    Just fantastic

  9. The British royal family are so useless. They have no power and do nothing except drama, it’s like the kardashians

  10. That, ladies and gentlemen, is an actual official procedure in 2023. This looks like cosplay for kids not adult stuff.

  11. I don’t understand why everyone is so butthurt about this?

It’s a historical moment, huge event for an European Country, big cultural event you don’t see that often

  12. Glad for watching it. Such a great cultural and historical event. Congratulations from Prague. Long live the king!

  13. The moment when Handel’s “Zadok the Priest” (written for the coronation of George II in 1729) started was truly etheral. Same for the Byzantine chant. Glad they didn’t scrape all of the ritual and tradition for the sake of modernity, that’s what makes it special and unique (although the new gospel piece by the Ascension Choir was also quite nice).
