  1. Anybody working at Telenet who has some inside info. Official communication: “we rolled out new software, our helpdesk is not able to work with it”.

  2. Lol don’t they have an internal dev/test environment and training before rolling out a new system? Also a rollback should be considered beforehand in case of emergency..

  3. Hahaha, explains the mess we see when an installer shows up.

    I’ve had 4 additional installers in the past 3 months at my door, every time they go away because there is no coax cable installed.

    I call back, explain that they need to send the utility company first to hook up the cable before sending the interior installer.

    🙄🤔Okay sir, I understood and have escalated the ticket, they will contact you to make arrangements.

    A few weeks later I get a text message “new appointment on X day, between Y – Z hours.

    ….. 😅 Hi, You’re not from infrax are you 😏

    It’s not. It’s rather that the slave labour conditions with outsourced contactcentres is so horrible no one wants to stay.

  5. To all Belgians: switching providers has been made a lot cheaper/easier/seamless since many years already. ACTUALLY GO CHANGE.

    Voting with your money is the only thing that works for these companies.

    Although recently bought by Proximus, I’d still advocate to change to [EDPnet](https://www.edpnet.be/nl/thuis/).

    Or keep doing the Belgian thing which is upvote a thread about complaints on reddit and leave it at that.
