Dont worry guys. Just another 6 month lockdown from jan 1st and then when we get out 4th booster we should have a few months before next Decembers Sigma Variant.

Can they not just put NPHET behind closed doors? Making them public figures like this isn’t doing much help other than making people blame them for everything and fueling tabloids.
There’s going be a lockdown in January. Schools closed, live events, hospitality, the full thing. Coming out of Christmas we’ll be lucky to keep cases below 15,000 and even though it might be milder, that won’t matter if so many people get it that our hospitals are overwhelmed anyway.
However the next lockdown shouldn’t be a one size fits all lockdown. Shut down infectious areas like schools, work from home, however keep hospitality open with certs and the like and get boosters rolled out to everyone before spring. Then once that has happened, open things up. With three shots and god knows how many lockdowns, we can do no more.
