Seems vaguely revolting that he *has* a political future.
How far have politics fallen in this country that there’s a possibility of this absolute cuntbiscuit having a political future…
You have to feel sorry for him, he was hoping that Sue Gray would whitewash him and instead it turns out that she and the Privileges Committee are all part of the lefty woke Remoaning un-elected elite tofu eating blob desperate to overturn the Will Of The People in human form that is Boris Johnson.
How has this not been decided already? He’s guilty as sin, there’s nothing to deliberate, get rid of him already.
He’s made millions since leaving office and has a career for life in “consulting” and after dinner speeches for the corps he gave deals too.
He’s won the game.
This is what being a tory is for.
The elite of the elite dont send their kids to eaton and into politics to help the plebs. That doesnt make any sense.
Yawn. Nothing will happen, toothless control over MPs as usual.
He is making millions on the after dinner speech circuit. Over or not, he does not care about having a major political career anymore.
I like how its just casually mentioned even in a left-leaning newspaper that major decisions are being held off because they might overshadow the coronation. As always I ask myself what would this be like if it were a Labour government. A PM who run roughshod over every standard and sensibility, to a point that was just downright insulting to the entire country given the covid circumstances, cost us god knows how much money with his cack-handed policies, has royally fucked the country up via a Brexit deal not even the people who voted to pass it now seem happy with, and is now delaying the results of his hearing because it might overshadow the coronation. Its past the point where I can even imagine what the headlines would be like as I’m pretty sure they would have stoked up national riots to oust the sitting government long before hitting this point.
Why Sunak is not being investigated as well? He even said in House of Commons that he didn’t attend any parties, which turned out to be not true.
Is it because he is rich and Conservative party is afraid to stand up against him?
My heart wants vengeance but I know he’ll just go on to be Sir Boris and sit on the boards of greedy immoral corporations.
It should have been decided already. He obviously lied to parliament. There can be no debate about that. It is a matter of record. The fact that this process is being so protracted and managing to use up even more public money is not exactly an affirmation of our polemical system.
I’d be wonderful to see both him and trump locked up in the same week. That might be enough to restore a very small bit of faith in politics for me
I’m sure I’ve seen this headline every couple of weeks for the past 6 months.
Well he was the best out of the 3 prime ministers we’ve had. Scary thought.
Its already done. He’s buried himself and his party. Its over.
I think Boris being shit should be enough never mind party gate
