Absolutely disheartening to see the flag of the Nazi ally there, a country that co-started WW2 by invading countries together with the Nazis. And even during this parade it was tormenting half the continent and will be tormenting for more than four decades…
Why Soviet though? Did I miss the part where the Red Army raped, stole, and killed their way through France to liberate them? It seems they only reached Germany.

Yes, Soviet peoples paid a great price to defeat the nazis, but the further the red army actually ended up from you, the better.
I love that Allies won this war.
