They “could” do alot of things
So you spend €500,000, you get a visa to live there for 3 years, extend for 2 more, then what? You gotta sell the house and gtfo? Who would ever agree to that?
This is a bizarre take: the majority of golden visa holders in Spain, Portugal, and Malta are mainland Chinese.
