Hey someone know this location? From the “attention” screaming i assume this guy is from the eastern part of switzerland. So it can be that the scene is also from Switzerland but i have not read something about it so far. And for the guys that paragliding by themself is that something normal you do or only a bad stunt that goes wrong. Out of my view it seems he risking the life of everyone else there.

  3. He almost clotheslined a few people there. That would have been horrible. The cross might have saved him. Now he has to do his penance and fix it.

  5. This is certainly a bad stunt gone wrong. He severely misjudged his flight path.

    Paragliding by yourself is the norm; paragliding with a passenger is the exception.

  8. Dude is flying very fast, he is probably using a small-sized wing for his weight to be able to fly faster. On a regular wing you won’t fly that fast, unless you have some heavy tail wind.

    He obviously didn’t intend to do that, he flew too close and touched the ground, probably couldn’t tell exactly how far the snow was away from his feet on that ledge. He screams Achtung because at that point he has almost no more control over his wing (he turns to the right to avoid them which finally makes him lose all lift). He is super lucky to have managed to avoid that bench, would have probably nicely split him in two. he probably saved his life by pulling his wing just slightly to the right after hitting the ground
