How about criminal charges against the two men largely responsible for the deaths, or at least more than there should have been- Boris Johnson and Matt Hancock?
This idea seems an excellent idea, not just because of the injustices of Covid by also because of those ever present issues that inflict the elderly; Health and Housing.
