I have a flight from Charleroi to Croatia that was scheduled for the Sunday 21 of May. The flight has been booked via [trip.com](https://trip.com) and has been cancelled earlier today. Meaning that it was cancelled less than 2 weeks before departure
I see that there is a flight on the Saturday evening which is also suitable for me.
My question is
\- Can I get the EU 261 compensation
\- Can I get a different flight in addition
\- Should I contact Ryanair or Trip

Check Google for the conditions on that compensation and the general conditions of trip.com
Check European rules about airline compensation
1. Yes except for exceptional conditions (weather event, etc…)
2. Yes, but then you get only compensation and no refund of your tickets
3. First [trip.com](https://trip.com) if no answer you can get your compensation from Ryanair directly
