I love that the EU letterhead is between paragraphs instead of like you know at the top
Obviously fake. It starts with Dear Sir/Madam….where are all the other pronouns?
Actually this is not fake , there is currently a reduced price for a new internet provision for 200mb+ fiber and you get 10 euro discount by the goverment and its funded by Europe . Source : I work for a Telecommunications Company
We can never know because OP censored the numbers in order to feel like he is protecting someone
Oh I was intrigued when I read the name of sales manager, I know her. I’ll check with her if it is indeed real or fake.
Fast internet in Cyprus? Sure
Actually I signed up last month. And already paid first month if the contract.
If I find anything fishy about the contract I will let you know
That one might actually be true and not a scam. I got a subsidy for upgrading my fiber connection a couple of years ago and I think the plan is ongoing again at the moment.
As I understood it’s a real marketing communication.
There is subsidy offer from EU. It’s advertised everywhere, İ have seen the same letter in Greek. To be sure just call on primetel customer service center on 133 🙂
Hello, I spoke to my friend and it isn’t a scam. She works at PrimeTel and for some reason they didn’t add their stamp.
Anyway, don’t worry guys, it isn’t a scam.
Ok latest update the poster is from Primetel but they try to pass it as an eu campaign. Shame of them and it’s deceiving marketing.
Uhh guys.. I’m sorry to tell you that this isn’t a scam it’s a real thing. Epic for example offers for new Fiber subscribers 120 euro subsidy for the first year for 10 euros discount per month if you don’t have fiber but are eligible to it. So do many other providers. Check with them first.
Amazes me to how far people will go to call something a “scam” without doing the proper research, it borderlines defamation as information like this requires due diligence which you have not followed up with, you know that right?
Also, if you wanted to protect us from a potential scam OP then why did you censor the contact details? Technically those are what we need to know in order to avoid the “scammers”. Maybe somewhere deep inside you knew that you are wrong? I’m curious of your motives with this post.
Bruh, from not knowing your customer’s name, to talking about how you will make it easier for them to “download”, pirate, movies. I swear to god man, these people’s last 2 braincells are fighting for 3rd place💀💀
Does Primetel and Epic have their own optic network or they are renting use of network from Cyta.?
If the optic network is by Cyta, then why Primetel is getting the Subside?
They are cheating people to register with them and get the subsidee from them.

It’s actually [true](https://www.brief.com.cy/oikonomia/kypros/epidotisi-eu120-se-oloys-gia-grigoro-internet-sto-spiti) but us which already have fast internet we get a nice cucumber.
Pretty sure this is primetel
Quite believable if it’s Cyta, plug in a router, that’ll be €70 please.
Did you even put any cables in?
Nope they were already installed by other technicians.
So what am I paying €70?
Installation…
This could be a scam but it could also be legit:
