Would like to ask for support in understanding the heating expenses just received. Got a massive bill of + 1600 euros/year, as attached.
I found this amount a bit surprising considering the relatively low consumption that thought we would have. Based on your experience, is this amount normal?

You have about 200m3 of water consumption per year. That sounds like 4 adults. Is that right?
Have you even looked at the document? Heating expenses are not even half of the total amount.
Eau froide = cold water
So half of your bill is not heating but cold water usage.
Sounds like very low consumption … mine tend to be 3600 per annum 😤
1650 per year for 4 people for water and heating sounds incredibly low, what were you expecting and based on what?
1600 a year is not that much
