It is a matter of respect and cultural norms. People have to want to be respectful. The government might be able to put out a PSA or put ads in the transport.
If there would be as much respect and activities as in Japan, I think that could be possible
Let’s rather ban violence on the streets
Damn r/Luxembourg has to be the worst r/ in my feed, soooo many people complaining about pretty much everything.
Kind reminder : you live in one of, if not the most privileged country in the world so please stop crying about people talking in public transportation, people that park badly etc…
