If it’s an actual tax shift, and not just a glorified tax cut like the last one it would be a good start.
Removing various exceptions to 1. Simplify taxes and 2. Lower the tax on general wages. Not sure if the balance checks out but the direction sounds good.
Seriously, start considering switching some payroll taxes and other taxes to a land value tax already. I’ll never stop promoting it.
