  1. For me this is actually pretending they didn’t name the city after co-author of Katyń massacre. Whole world still use the old name, so what is our outcome exactly?

    It would be better to teach our kids what “Kaliningrad” means rather than changing it’s name, what will be just confusing.

  2. I always wished we had some nice polonisation of the original Old Prussian name (Tvangste). Twangoszcz, obwód twangoski, anyone with me?

  4. Krolowiec is now a Russian minority state belonging to Czechia.

  5. If we’re going to do this, can we not rename “Rosja” as “Gównomiejsce”.
