The creator probably means how post-soviet Bulgaria is aiming to be more like the rest of Europe, especially after joining the EU
Could be wrong, but that’s the message I’m getting
Bcus most of the younger generation leave the country for better opportunities in the west
Russia still has influence. Japan for awhile was still catering to USA after the war and is also pretty independent land and politics wise.
Bulgaria is placed on a land of interest for many and yes, it is developing slowly unfortunately, but also has multiple sides pressuring it. A side needs to be picked.
That’s what I’m getting from your post, OP. Elaborate on what you’re trying to say.
For OP, or people who might not know Bulgarian:
The noob, who made this meme, has no clue that Japan is still using the flag from WW2, and that it’s associated with war crimes committed during that time, which Japan denies until this day. The superimposition of this flag with “kawaii” is absolutely tasteless lol. History needs to be read a bit more.
