If I have a train from the 14th-16th May that was booked before or on 11th May, I can take any earlier train without an issue. Does this also apply to morning trains on the 14th? I have an ICE train that leaves at 10:00 AM in the morning, but takes about 8 hours to reach my final destination within Germany, but I don’t want to risk this train being cancelled because I have a pretty important meeting on Monday (the 15th).
There are a few alternative trains available on Saturday (the 13th), can I take these trains even though my train on Sunday technically isn’t affected by the strike (which begins at 10:00 PM on the 14th) ?
