Good luck, you will have greens from all over Europe protesting on site delaying and driving up costs immensely and probably stopping them altogether.

We’ll see how expensive they’re going to be and how long it’s going to take to build them. Nuclear is not as bad as coal in the short to medium term, but it has one major issue apart from nuclear waste: cooling during droughts and heat waves. We’ve seen it last year when they had to shut down nuclear power plants because the rivers were already too warm.
Don’t get me wrong, Germany made a dumb decision by shutting down nuclear power plants alongside coal plants without investing heavily into renewables. Coal is much worse. Have you seen the massive holes we dig into the ground? As far as I know, there isn’t any plan for that land. But as long as NYMBYS sue the crap out of wind parks, we’ll get nowhere.
And 13 of them got new Renault diesel burners!

Funny how in France people became pro nuclear since we’ve been told that there might be electricity shortage this winter.
That’s right, and we will put them right at the border with Germany.

France seems to be putting in the ground work to be wildly self sufficient in the future. What with nuclear energy which is pretty much the closest thing we have to free energy and their food production output.
Whereas the UK is setting itself up to be another Italy of Europe. Another day goes by why where I wish we voted to remain. Fucking gammons.
And what the fucking fuck are we doing!? We are fucking surrounded by nuclear reactors, let us build them too Jesus please, come on. Good for you France, really. I envy you
