For a little more context, there have been rumours of an assassination attempt planned on the leader of the opposition. Considering who he is racing against, I don’t think it’s any weird.
Worth mentioning is that he also said,

This is not only directed at the government, but also towards militant groups, mafias and drug barons. Basically anyone that helped this money to be stolen.
